I bought 12 (8 oz) black grade Wagyu Filets for a college tailgate. The steaks were wonderful and can't wait to make another order. They had plenty of flavor....

I ordered (4) 8 oz black grade filet mignon's as a birthday treat for myself and family. I wish I could say I enjoyed them but unfortunately I can't. All four were a bit on the tough side and lacked that savory steak flavor you find in premium cuts. However, I did enjoy the hot dogs & burgers so not a total loss.

The best steak I have ever had. I was promised that it would not disappoint and that promise was kept. I don't eat much meat but this was worth every bite.

Wife is happpy, I’m happy.
Cooked sous vide at 129F for 1 hour and pan reverse seared with a butter bast to perfection. Very happy.
