These are amazing, all of the Flavor of a Strip or Sirloin with the melt in your mouth texture of a filet. I made all four for two of us and we both decided to save one for tomorrow because four ounces was completely satisfying and we wanted one more meal with this amazing meat.

Petite Gold Filets
Another great selection from SRF. I served two for each of us and we enjoyed the wonderful flavor, and of course the tenderness. Thanks again SRF.

SRF Team : Thank you for being a valued customer, Gary!
I rec'd my package of filets and defrosted for 2 days. I wish they were individually wrapped. I cooked 2 on a traeger and 2 on a grill. These were the most tender filets I have ever had. Very juicy as well. Just seasoned with kosher salt and some crushed black pepper. Awesome. Due to the price I will only purchase for special occasions.

Petite Gold filets
These are very tasty steaks. One in our party said it was the best ever. I agree that American tastes are for a beefier flavor than the Japanese Wagyu, and I prefer the 90% Wagyu and 10% Angus formula. All I will change in future is the size. I’ll buy the 8 oz. filets next time.

No different than prime
I was really excited about trying these but, wasn’t impressed. Expected more marbleization and turned out to be no different than the prime filets I buy from the butcher. Secondly, I was unhappy about the packaging. It came as one big frozen block. I had to defrost all 4 steaks at once. My intention was to eat one keep the others frozen and eat those for when I was in the mood for steak. Wasn’t a bad steak I’m just skeptical of the title of Wagyu..
