Honey Garlic Glaze

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepot, add the honey, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with ½ cup cold water, and stir to combine. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils for at least 1 minute.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the glaze has reduced and thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon and garlic has softened, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. The glaze will continue to thicken slightly as it cools, and an ice bath may be used to speed up the process.

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel, and place skin-side-down on the parchment lined baking sheet. Season the salmon with salt, and pepper, as desired. Spoon or brush the salmon with honey garlic glaze, coating the top and sides.
Place the baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to desired doneness.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve warm with additional glaze and lemon wedges, as desired. Enjoy!
