    I would say the steak was good but not great. I cooked to a perfect medium rare. The steak was tender but I was really expecting melt in your mouth tender. I definatley wouldnt pay the price for these again! Like I said it was still good and tender like u would get when you buy prime. This was my 1st time eating wagyu and wouldn’t be able to tell the diff between it and prime.

    Well worth the money, grilled to the light side of medium rare 130. Hardest part was waiting the five minutes before cutting and serving. Absolutely Perfect!!!!!
