Variety is the spice of life and you’ll enjoy this assortment of four different small-batch artisan salami from collaboration of Journeyman Meat Co. and Snake River Farms. Four unique flavor profiles are included in the pack. Calabrian is spiced with chilies and balanced with oregano, black pepper and red wine. Truffle is infused with the earthy and nutty flavor of real truffles. Finnocchiona combines anise-scented fennel and white wine. Lastly, Soppressata brings the heat with Italian chilis paired with red wine, garlic and a hint of allspice.

Journeyman is led by Pete Seghesio, well known winemaker and the grandson of Italian immigrants. Using our heritage Kurobuta pork, Journeyman handcrafts our salami with authentic Italian curing methods in their USDA-certified curing and aging facilities custom built by technicians from Parma, Italy. Pete and his team are dedicated to crafting the very best food and wine experiences which you can taste with this offering of artisan salami.
