SRF highest integrity backs their products.
Ordered my first brisket fron SRF and was very disappointed with ther final product after it was slow smoked on my grill. It was very fatty once I cut into it and nearly half was fat. I left a very descriptive and negative review and their customer service department responded immediately asking for details in my purchase. After only a few exchanges they happily offered me a store credit.
They were quick to respond and I've since requested they remove my original review and allow me to leave a new review in its place.
This speaks to me of a top quality company that stands behind their product.
Kudos to a company with integrity.

The quality of the brisket is top notch! This was my first choice to try; have done 2 of the Wagyu and the choice was every bit as good as the Wagyu, just not quite as "rich". Can't wait to try the prime brisket next! SRF is the only briskets I will use from now on.

Beef brisket choice
It was great on my smoker tender and juicy next time I try prime cut or wagu.

The brisket was 17 lbs! I smoked it for 17 hours over oak and only seasoned it with salt and pepper. It came out like meat butter. Wonderful flavor and tender as can be.
