  • What a treat

    Applied a smoke and honey rub the night prior and put in the fridge. Cooked on High smoke for 3 hours. Then Basted with BBQ sauce and wrapped in foil for 2 hours at 180. removed foil added more BBQ sauce and cooked for 1 hour on High smoke. These lollipops melt in your Mouth. 4 racks gone.

  • Wonderful

    We loved these ribs. Applied a dry rub, smoked them in a green egg for about 1 1/2 hrs at 270. Smothered them in sauce after smoking - we had planned on throwing them on the grill after saucing but they were perfect w/o that last step. Taste was great and really tender. We prefer our ribs less meaty so these were perfect.

  • So moist and flavorful

    I went for Quality not quantity!! stone ground mustard with Marleloues Pecan and Herb crusted rub in my Smokey hallow Smoker at 240 for 5hrs then finished off with honey fresh lemon and garlic glaze in the BBQ at 450 for 15 minutes . AMAZING !!!!

  • Size Doesn't Matter

    I bought three racks as a first time buyer and was surprised how small of racks they were. After smoking for 3 hrs, they were fantastic and full of flavor. Easy to over cook due to the size.

  • Fantastic

    We shared the racks with another couple , both of us agreed they were the best we’ve had. Believe it or not I baked them with a simple rub and home made Carolina BBQ sauce. 10 out of 10
