Our distinctive Kurobuta pork chops are finely marbled, exceptionally juicy and packed with flavor. Unlike non-heritage breeds, Snake River Farms pork is a striking crimson color which chefs and food scientists acknowledge is a true indicator of high quality pork. These are hand cut and trimmed with the bone exposed for a stunning plate appearance. Serve these chops simply grilled or prepared with a classic stuffing.
Please note there can be some variation in size with our natural pork chops. Each bone-in rack contains 10 to 12 bones. We hand-cut each chop to include a bone and the normal taper of each rack can translate to some chops that are larger than others. We specify a minimum size of 5 oz. and the chops can go up in size from that target weight.

My husband does not like pork chops so I ordered this for myself. This chop was the best I have eaten since 1957! Will be ordering more of these for sure.

Smoked on the Traeger for 45 minutes at 165 finished on the grill for 10 minutes. Tender, juicy and great flavor Fantastic

What meat was on the ribs had a great flavor but it is way overpriced. It’s not worth paying almost 10 times the amount per lb.
