World Class pork
I purchase the whole pork shoulder On a Whim. Did absolutely nothing to it just salt pepper. I want to get the true taste of the pork. I cooked it for 11 hours at 225° on my weber smoky mountain . It was the most succulent piece of pork I have made iin my 20 yrs of smoking. I made pulled pork sandwiches topped with coleslaw an a pickle On slider buns. Kept the traditional. Plan on getting another one to put in my deep freeze With my next purchase .On to brisket now. I recommend the whole pork shoulder to anyone Who loves pork

Everyone Agreed...Best Pork Ever
Put a nice chipotle/paprika/maple rub on the 17 pound shoulder. I had to saw part of the bone off so it would fit on the Green Egg!!
I filled a pan underneath the roast with Apple juice and Mojo and cooked indirect and low for 15 hours......Absolutely delightful and moist with crispy outside...Food snob Guests turned into cavepeople. I will be doing this again

Call it Succulent..!
I recently purchased a 20 lb bone-in shoulder and it by far has been one of the most flavorful meats I have ever eaten. After injecting it with a marinade, seasoning it with a coffee/chipotle rub and smoking it for 15 hrs- the results were incredible. It was juicy, tender and aromatic. I would make the purchase again without hesitation.

Cooked this for my kids birthday party on my Traeger and was thoroughly impressed! Super simple dry rub and 18 hours of smoke produced about 14 pounds of the best pulled pork I’ve ever eaten. This is a easy choice for parties and get togethers!
