Authentic Italian, small-batch salami from Sonoma County, California made by famed winemaker Peter Seghesio. Produced in a USDA-certified curing and aging facility using Snake River Farms Kurobuta pork, this hand-crafted, artisan salami has a bold flavor and is spiced with an assortment of chilies and balanced with oregano, black pepper and red wine. The Calabrian Salami is sold as a single chub that weighs 5-7 ounces.
