Snake River Farms flank steak is a beautiful addition to your culinary arsenal. This highly marbled American Wagyu beef cooks up deliciously on the grill or in a cast iron skillet. Regardless of the method used to prepare our flank steak, your guests will fall in love with its robust beef flavor and tender bite. Its uniform size and elongated shape makes slicing a joy. Each steak arrives trimmed and ready to prepare. .
Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
|Rare||Red center, very cool||110°F|
|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

Simply Amazing Steaks
We absolutely love these Waygu Flank steaks. I grill them with Rufus Teague's meat rub and they are consistently great. Somehow they are even better in a couple of days as leftovers. Truly amazing flavor and I personally like them more that the tenderloins, I think it's because you get more of the amazing Waygu marbling.

SRF Team : Thank you so much for the great review, Steamboat! You can't go wrong with flank steak!
Tender and flavorful
This cut is very tender and flavorful. I personally think this is even better then the gold. It doesn’t have the fat and the right amount marbling so it has a nice bite.

my go to cut for the price
The best flavor for a leaner cut, I cook on a hot grill to 120 degrees and let rest for 15 minutes, slice against the grain, flavorful and tender!
