I have been ordering SSF Baby Back Ribs for some time now, the quality is always the best. As one of your buyers suggested the price could use some adjusting. As a post script I have never tasted super market or a butcher shop BBRs that are anywhere close to yours.

Beautiful Baby Backs
The best baby backs I can find. Most supermarket ribs have too much fat. We now make 3 racks for two people in order to have enough for next day leftovers. They may be small but they are delicious.

I smoked 4 racks today at 250 degrees. After 3 hours I buttered and spritzed with apple juice, wrapped with tin foil and went 45 minutes. I pulled them , and sauced with killer hogs. These ribs were an absolute hit at dinner, and I agree they are the best I've made to date, thanks to the meat. By the way the ribs were rubbed before hand with meat church hot rub. Delicious.

Tasty and small
The ribs (small) have a unique flavor that is outstanding. And the price of over $25 lb. really could be improved upon. However I still procured an additional 4 racks ( yes that good). Moist tender and just the right amount of fat.
