Petite, Sweet, Luxurious, Delectible Meat
Pricey, yep. Tiny, yep. Heck, there were 4 in my order that did not even weigh 1 lb., but the taste more than compensated for their size. Undoubtedly, awesome delicious SRF Kurobuta pork. Slow cooked 4 coffee rubbed ribs in oven and toward the end of the quick oven baked time, basted continually at higher temperature with a bourbon infused favorite BBQ sauce. Another 4 SRF Baby Back ribs slow cooked in oven, seasoned with only salt and pepper -- delectable little morsels. Last 4 larger ribs were slow smoked 1 1/2 hours by a novice smoker -- kids gobbled them up, and refused the sauce.
Again, the price makes the ribs a luxury, but the taste demands them. I have purchased all SRF Kurobuta pork products without disappointment and the staff ensures your happiness -- Supermarkets cannot compete with SRF service and pork products.
Will buy more of these little gems as soon as the freezer allows.

When I opened the box of 8 slabs, I was like, "What the...." these ribs were cut very strangely, I measured some ribs at less that 2" long. Obviously they're selling by the piece, not the pound. But I have to admit, they turned out very very good. I will be ordering more. I'm NOT HAPPY! But I will be ordering more. ::: sigh :::

Petite rack with sweet tender deliciousness between the ribs. Stayed at low temp to keep them moist. Wrapped ahead or larger racks. Served as an appetizer. Very popularwith my crowd.

These Baby Back Ribs were, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. I grilled some with a dry rub and some with a great marinade (pineapple juice, etc.) and it was impossible to decide which was best. You can't lose with these ribs.
