Produced in a USDA-certified curing and aging facility using Snake River Farms Kurobuta pork, this hand-crafted, artisan salami has a bold flavor and is rich with the savory combination of Chardonnay wine and garlic.

Description

Make your next snacking occasion amazing with small-batch salami (or salame in Italian) i from Journeyman Meat Co. and Snake River Farms. The Vino and Aglio salami is made with a perfect blend of garlic and premium Chardonnay wine to produce a bold flavor, rich color and earthy aroma. Includes 2 sticks (about 7 oz. each) that are vacuum packed, wrapped in butcher paper and placed in a burlap gift bag.

Journeyman is led by Peter Seghesio, well known winemaker and the grandson of Italian immigrants. Using our heritage Kurobuta pork, Journeyman handcrafts our salami with authentic Italian curing methods in their USDA-certified curing and aging facilities, custom built by technicians from Parma, Italy. Peter and his team are dedicated to crafting the very best food and wine experiences which are on display from this offering of artisan salami.
