  • pork short ribs

    Ordered and received 2 packages of short ribs. Sous Vide both packages on different dates. First package was great...amazing taste. Second package was mostly fat...very little meat...disappointing.

  • Pork short ribs/rib racks

    Disappointed. Did two smokes this weekend with cuts from different places. Short ribs complete waste except for the meat directly around fat. Two racks of of SRF ribs completely outclassed by a pair of Safeway rib racks ALL cooked under the same conditions. I do know what I'm doing before the haters arrive. No more pork from SRF. Hope my beef purchases turn out better.

    Used the Herb Garlic recipe and the short ribs turned out EXCELLENT, I'm so glad I stocked up on this product.

  • Short ribs

    Used your recipe and slow cooked also added some pomegranate juice. Shredded them and mixed with your pork shoulder which I ground. Then mixed with egg, Himalayan red rice and made meatballs 20 mins. in oven.....Cooked down juice from crockpot for and hour and added raspberry preserve and a touch of BBQ sauce..Drizzled over meatball....Was the hit of our wine party.
