Our 100% Kurobuta (Berkshire) baby back ribs are smaller than conventional baby backs, but are tender and bursting with pork flavor. Order at least one rack per person and keep in mind that it's rare to have a guest complain about having too many ribs!

These ribs are cut from where the rib section meets the spine after the loin is removed. These are the upper ribs that are shorter than the other ribs on the hog. Although smaller in size, baby backs are very tender. Hogs can have up to 17 ribs which is 4 more than beef cattle.

For optimal quality, you can store your SRF Kurobuta pork in the freezer for up to 6 months. Per USDA guidelines, if meat is kept at 40 °F or below, you can safely store thawed meat in the refrigerator for 7 days in its original cryovac seal. More details.
