Our 100% Kurobuta (Berkshire) baby back ribs are smaller than conventional baby backs, but are tender and bursting with pork flavor. Order at least one rack per person and keep in mind that it’s rare to have a guest complain about having too many ribs!

    These have always smoked up just great, but this order they were very tough and a disappointment. Hopefully, the rest of this last order will be like the usual. I use a Traeger.

  • Good, but not great.

    I found the meat to be very tasty, but the connective tissue on these is very present throughout. In addition, the membrane was nearly impossible to deal with and had to be scored as a last resort. As stated, they are smaller than what you may be used to, which is just a fact, not an issue. Not worth the cost.

  • Awesome ribs

    These are the perfect size for my wife and I. Meaty and sooooo good. Slow cooked and mopped with our sauce. I DO recommend them,you can't go wrong
