    Enjoy a selection of three different fish from the bountiful waters of the West ranging from Alaska to California. The West Coast Catch Box contains an assortment of twelve, 5-ounce portions of fresh-caught and flash-frozen fish. All our fish are caught wild, never farmed, to ensure a premium dining experience which supporting sustainable American fish and American fishermen. Simple thaw gently and prepare outside on the grill or indoors in your kitchen.

    The box includes four portions each of halibut, black cod and king salmon. Halibut is a highly prized catch known for its mild flavor, white flesh and satisfying firm texture. Black cod, or sablefish, a versatile fish that can be prepared using your favorite cooking techniques. King salmon It turns out beautifully pan seared, baked, broiled, grilled and sous vide.

    Our fish is packaged two, 5-oz. pieces per package. The product list shows two of each type of fish. Just multiply by two in order to get the total 5-ounce pieces in each box.
