    The filet was trimmed nice and flavor was good. The steak wasn't exactly melt in mouth. I cooked the steak medium rare but it's a bit more chewy than I would like. I will try the gold next.

    Best steak i ever had, cook on very high heat
    for very short time, it was like butter inside.
