In Laws Loved It
Bought for my father in laws birthday and he usually asks for his steak "well done". Cooked it med rare and he said it was the best steak he has ever had!

Impressed the guests
These Snake River filets were great. I used the skillet-to-oven method and they were juicy and tender. We served them to our friends for a special birthday dinner who asked where we bought them and then swore off buying "regular" meat.
I just bought some Cowboy steaks and can't wait to try them on Father's Day weekend!
