Traditional Cut Ribeye - Prime-14 oz.
The ribeye is blessed with the most natural marbling of all steaks and our Traditional Ribeyes are no exception. The eye of these USDA Prime Ribeye Steaks features fine-grained beef that has a smooth texture and deep flavor. The rich cap surrounds the eye and is considered to be the best tasting portion of the ribeye or any of the best steak cuts. Beef is graded by the USDA based on marbling and just 3% achieves the grade of PRIME BEEF. Simply stated, in the world of steaks these beautiful Traditional Ribeyes reign as king.

Prime Grade Rib-Eye
Wow! Cook comprised using a Bull gas grill, Amazing Smoke Tube w/hickory pellets to kiss the meat with a smidge of smoke, remove at 105F for a short rest. During the rest sprayed both sides w/Duck Fat, placed on grill grates at approx 600F for a reverse sear 1 min each side. Steaks turned out incredible. Perfect m/rare, very tender, nicely crusted, wonderful flavor. Hard to beat SNR. You can send more anytime!

Traditional cut prime ribeye was fantastic
I received the ribeye steaks as a birthday present and grilled one last week. It had the best flavor of any steak I’ve ever eaten. It was tender and juicy. I’d recommend Snake River Farms for special occasion steaks.

I love the products from SRF!! I only gave 4 stars because I got 6 ribeye steaks on the pick 6 special. 35% off was awesome! But I had to re vacuum seal 2 of them because there were a couple holes in the packages. The meat is always great though.

These are the perfect size for a hearty appetite or for two smaller appetites to split. I thought it could be a bit more tender but flavor was quite good.

I think that trying to get each steak to exactly 14 ounces causes inconsistency. A couple of our steaks had maybe one bit of the cap and the flavor and tenderness of the ones I got were not what I am used to getting from SRF. I think I will stick with the cowboy ribeye or T-Bones.
