Cooked 123F sous vide for 2 hours with slt and pepper, and butter, rosemary and thyme in the bag. Seared 60 seconds per side on a pre-heated (15 min @ max) Weber gas grill and it was perfect. Blows O**** S***** out of the water. Already ordered some more!

Traditional cut Ribeye
This steak was excellent. Just melted in my mouth. I grilled it medium. If you are looking for a fine steak look no farther.
