Snake River Farms

Make every meal a feast with these random-sized pieces of American Wagyu beef. When the master butchers hand-trim our steaks to a uniform size, there are small high quality cuts that are a natural part of the process. Each one-pound package might contain bite-sized pieces of Filet Mignon, New York Strip or Ribeye steaks all ready to  create flavorful and special meals. Ideal for elegant beef bourguignon or a rich beef daube. A simple way to turn your favorite stew, chili or stir-fry recipe into something unbelievably delicious.

The size of each piece will vary a good deal, so these are intended to be used as an ingredient and not a center-of-the-plate item. Availability is limited since this is an item that we source from cutting other American Wagyu products. A great add-on to your order and the perfect way to make your everyday meals a little more elegant.

  • IMPRESSIVE FLAVOR...

Kick up your favorite Beef Stew to another level, with these Steak Cuts. I took the advise of SRF and made a Beef Bourguignon. I followed this recipe: https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/beef-stew-with-carrots-potatoes.html After a few hours in the oven, the meat becomes meltingly tender and enveloped in a rich wine sauce...making the Ultimate Comfort Food!

  • Best Stew / Sandwiches / Fajitas EVER

Seriously, the value of these little tender morsels can’t be beat. A slow braise for a couple hours and they literally fall apart in juice tender goodness. Or sear them in a skillet for amazing flavor for steak sandwiches or Mexican. I can’t get enough!

  • Great cuts, Great Value

These little cuts are absolutely delicious in stews, stir fry and other dishes. I just cooked up 2 LBS of these earlier this week in a quick roux based beef gravy with portabellos and baby asparagus over egg noodles. After feeding 6 adults generously, I had just enough to hide from wife and adult kids for an awesome lunch yesterday. :-)

When you stop to consider value, these tasty little morsels deliver the goods as well. The above described meal cost $50.50 in total and fed 7 mouths. That's less than $7.25 per meal. I'm not sure I could eat a fast food burger for that price. Not to mention the stark contrast in taste and quality.

I'm about to place another order for these pieces ASAP. You will not be disappointed doing the same.

    Thanks as always SRF!!

  • Fabulous times 2

These are great......tried them in curry, stroganoff and in chili. You won't be disappointed.....rubbed and fried them up first.
