I used this to cook pepper steak. I sauteed the meat in olive oil with sweet maui onions and then added red,green,orange and red bell peppers, tomato's from my garden, mushrooms,
garlic and worcestershire sauce, pepper and simmered until fork tender.

arrived warm and went straight in the trash
My order arrived warm. All the dry ice had melted and the meat was warm/hot. I grew it all away. I got a refund, but I am now concerned about ordering steaks from you again. It was for a party the next day, so I had to go get meat at the Fresh market. David

Tender and delicious. Marinate in Yoshida Sauce for an hour, then toss in a very hot cast iron skillet. Amazing.
