Authentic Italian small batch salami from Sonoma County, California made by famed winemaker Peter Seghesio. Produced in a USDA-certified curing and aging facility using Snake River Farms Kurobuta pork, this artisan cured salami has an earthy aroma and a rich burst of umami from the parmesan cheese and dried porcini mushrooms.

Description

Brighten your table with small-batch salami (or salame in Italian) from Journeyman Meat Co. and Snake River Farms. The Parmigiano and Porcini combines the savory flavor of mushrooms with the umami of parmesan to create a rich and expressive salami. Includes 2 sticks (about 7 oz. each) that are vacuum packed, wrapped in butcher paper and placed in a burlap gift bag.

Journeyman is led by Pete Seghesio, well known winemaker and the grandson of Italian immigrants. Using our heritage Kurobuta pork, Journeyman handcrafts our salami with authentic Italian curing methods in their USDA-certified curing and aging facilities custom built by technicians from Parma, Italy. Pete and his team are dedicated to crafting the very best food and wine experiences which you can taste from this offering of artisan salami.
