Wet Rub
Pour 1 oz. of Westland American Single Malt directly over the surface of the meat and rub in thoroughly. An alternate method is to pour the whiskey into a container with meat, making sure to coat both sides. Let it rest in refrigerator overnight prior to grilling.
Westland Dry Rub
Mix all ingredients well and sprinkle over all sides from a distance of 8-12 inches from the meat to ensure an even application.
Note: The recipe can be scaled up or down. Just make sure you make enough so the meat can be well coated.
