Raisin the Roof Cocktail

- 1.25 oz of Apple Brandy
- 1oz of Punt E Mes or other Sweet Vermouth
- .75 oz of Cynar
- 2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir for 20 seconds, and strain into a coupe. Garnish.
