Burger Bar

This extensive Burger Bar will give your party guests the challenge of coming up with the perfect burger topping combinations for our mouthwatering Snake River Farms ground beef patty. Grilling expert Clint Cantwell has assembled this “how-to” guide for the ultimate game-time spread.

For the burgers, figure two 3oz. burgers per guest. Simply prepare your grill for high heat cooking (450+ degrees), from Snake River Farms ground beef in to patties that are approximately ½ inch wider than the slider buns to allow for shrinkage, season liberally with Kosher salt and ground black pepper, then grill for 3-4 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees for medium-rare.
