In that vein, all it takes is a knife and 45 seconds to turn our Kurobuta tenderloins into medallions instead of a roast. And a simple steakhouse method preparation of the medallions makes for some of the most tender, flavorful and fragrant pork you’ll have.
72-Hour Ginger Short Ribs
There are countless ways to cook short ribs, just so long as you cook them slow. The ridiculous amount of marbling and fat attached to bone in this decadent cut means that slow cooking renders everything into a tender, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth experience.
The question, of course, is just how slowly you ought to cook them. We decided to test the limits with our Northwest Beef Double R Ranch short ribs and cook them a full 72 hours.
