    I eagerly awaited the arrival of the

    I found Snake River through Treager. I have to say this was by far the BEST ribeye I have ever cooked at home. Simple salt and pepper smoked with oak until internal temp of 125 then finished it on high 450° until internal was 150 since I like it medium. It came out perfect medium all the way through and had awesome flavor.

  • Melt in your mouth !!!!!

    Bought for our son who was returning home from an 8 month deployment in Jordan. Had them delivered to his home on post and him and his wife said they were the best they had ever had melted in his mouth . Definitely a return customer , not to mention our son is as well. Thanks
