Here’s a spectacular steak that will steal the show at your next backyard barbecue! Our Cowboy Steak is a bone-in prime ribeye large enough to serve two. This rib steak is graded USDA Prime beef so it features the highest level of marbling available for rich, full-bodied flavor. The rib bone is “frenched” which makes for a spectacular plate appearance. Whether it's grilled steak for two or any other special occasion. This plus-sized steak is perfect for anytime you want to go big.

Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
|Rare||Red center, very cool||110°F|
|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

One of the best, most tender steaks I've ever eaten! Arrived still frozen and dry ice still in the cooler. Thawed them in the fridge. Only salted and then smoked for 60 minutes on the Traeger. Then reverse seared on the Weber. Amazing and totally worth it!

Fixed one the other night on the Traeger. Smoked it for 45 minutes and then cooked it on my grill grates - 10 min per side. BEST STEAK EVER!!! Perfectly medium rare and tender as can be. Thanks!

A great steak on the charcoal grill for a special occasion.

Did the reverse sear. Did everything by the book and that was the toughest steak I ever tried to eat. We cooked both steaks and f d them to our dogs. The more you chewed the bigger it got in your mouth. No more snake river farms
