Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

First time I had Flank steak and thought is was delicious and I did not think it was tough at all. Would definitely purchase again.

Not my favorite from snake river. Very tough, I have purchased better from Costco.

Best Flank Steak I ever ate!
I tenderized the flank steak on both sides then let it sit in Soy sauce for about a minute on each side. Since it is still too cold to grill in NJ, I cooked it in my frying pan. We love it Medium well and it was perfect and perfectly delicious.
