Here’s a spectacular steak that will steal the show at your next backyard barbecue! Our Cowboy Steak is a bone-in prime ribeye large enough to serve two. This rib steak is graded USDA Prime beef so it features the highest level of marbling available for rich, full-bodied flavor. The rib bone is “frenched” which makes for a spectacular plate appearance. Whether it's grilled steak for two or any other special occasion. This plus-sized steak is perfect for anytime you want to go big.

Steak Temperature GuideHere are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
|Rare||Red center, very cool||110°F|
|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

Really Enjoyed This
I've tried the Wagyu stuff before, but it does something to my digestion, so I tried this version and it was great. Just FYI, although these can absolutely be cooked in the oven, the grill does a much better job. But I'm not saying anything that the folks here would be surprised at.

I love these tomahawk pork chops!!!! If i had to say anything negative it would be that they are too small. TM

Steak I received was large and marbled perfectly! Marbling was pretty close to wagyu gold I had previously ordered here. The only issue was the packaging. It was punctured, which I didn't notice when the steak was frozen, but when I left it in the fridge to thaw, liquid escaped the vacuum bag and got on items around it. Steak still tasted good!

SRF Team : Hello! We sincerely apologize for the leaking items in your order and can completely understand any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. Sometimes during transit items can shift and rub against each other and cause tiny holes which can lead to leaking when thawing. Since the steaks ship frozen, they are safe to consume, and this should not harm the quality of them. We recommend thawing our products on a tray in case of leakage.
For Father's Day I smoked two of these amazing pieces of meat on my smoker to get them to the perfect temperature and get some smoky flavor goodness on them. Then I reversed seared them on high to finish them and get a nice crust on the outside. My two brother in laws jaws dropped and they said it was the best piece of meat they had that they can remember. My little nieces went in for seconds. I was worried that we would have too much meat left over but even at the end, every tasty morsel (even the little bit on the bone) was gone. This is going to be my go to steak for special occasions.

Well, the customer service and delivery of theses steaks could only be exceeded by their quality.
I smoked them low and slow to a temperature of 112F... the transferred them to a grill for a quick sear finish... let 'em rest then enjoy some of the best beef we've had. We will order more when we can!
