    My husband and I have ordered a couple of these specifically for steak tacos. We cook it on our Traeger and 1 skirt steak is enough for more than two to enjoy twice. This steak is perfect for things like tacos or stir fry. Great quality. Will definitely be ordering again!

  • Cinco de Mayo Masterpiece

    Ordered 2 packs of the Double R Ranch outside skirt steak for Cinco de Mayo. Made amazing fajitas, probably the best I've had - definitely the best I've made myself. Seasoned with Meat Church fajita rub and done on gas grill - came out super tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Be sure to cut against the grain to maximize tenderness. This item will be going on my list for reorders.

    One of our favorite cuts of meat. This did not disappoint. I made skirt steak pinwheels, grilled and topped with gorgonzola cheese butter. The steak was the tenderest I have ever had and the flavor was remarkable. I have to Thank Collin Morgan for the recommendation. Customer for life
