You won't buy any other Pork
Full of rich flavor. Tender and Tasty is the only way to describe this. Can't get any better pork than this. Well worth the money.

A pork tenderloin you can actually taste
We did these wrapped in bacon and pasilla peppers. Not only was the flavor excellent but the meat has just the right amount of density so that you're almost reminded of a steak. Certainly beats the mushy water-injected stuff you find in stores. This is a great price for an outstanding product, in a cut of meat that usually doesn't stand out much at all.

Full-flavored pork well worth the price!
Best tasting tenderloin I've had. Rich flavor that stands up to an appropriate amount of spice.
Spend the time to hand grind (mortar & pestle) an appropriate but not excessive amount of spice (e.g. cumin, fennel, corriander, cardamom) and let the rubbed pork stand for a few hours. DO N*O*T OVERCOOK! At its best with some pink in the center.
Will definitely order again!

Pork Tenderloin/Medallion Recipe
Yup, this is the best pork loin I've ever bought. I used the SRF recipe for medallions with a blackberry sauce and added a bacon wrap.
