Our Pork Porterhouse is a spectacular bone-in pork chop which includes both the main loin eye and the tenderloin. Mouth-watering to behold, the Pork Porterhouse displays the fine marbling and bright crimson color that indicates its 100% Berkshire heritage. Each chop is cut to a wonderfully thick 1.25” to maximize the flavor and to create a beautiful presence on the plate.
As with as with all our pork chops, this is a natural product and may be some variation in size. We specify a minimum of 9 oz. for this unique chop.

Top Quality Chops!!
Grilled up 4 of these beauties on Father’s Day and they did not disappoint. Only 2 of us could finish theirs they were so huge. Made some great leftovers. Sliced them up and heated them up in some homemade bourbon sauce on the stove. Almost better than the first cooking. I’m waiting on them to get back in stock. Seems to be a tougher item to get along with the baby back ribs.

I've searched all over to find these pork chops. They are simply the best.
Most butchers are only selling what they all call the "gourmet" cut which really can't compare. I had to do a comprehensive search on the internet to find Snake River Farms and they are now my "go to" for meat of any kind.
