Our Pork Porterhouse is a spectacular bone-in pork chop which includes both the main loin eye and the tenderloin. Mouth-watering to behold, the Pork Porterhouse displays the fine marbling and bright crimson color that indicates its 100% Berkshire heritage. Each chop is cut to a wonderfully thick 1.25” to maximize the flavor and to create a beautiful presence on the plate.
As with as with all our pork chops, this is a natural product and may be some variation in size. We specify a minimum of 9 oz. for this unique chop.
“Highly Recommended. Tasters raved about these reddish-pink chops’ extremely juicy, tender texture and “intense pork-y flavor…” -- Cooks Illustrated

The only pork chops we eat my family said they are as tender as a filet-moist, not gamie

Was not even able to eat what we ordered. These didn’t seem to be packed correct as they leaked and went bad before they even fully thawed in the package.

Not what I expected for the money.
I was disappointed in my beef and pork for the money , I thought there would be a huge difference from High Quality Store prime , but about the same.

The quality is good but for the price I expected so much more.

I have only fixed one of the two I purchased, and honestly I am a little disappointed in it. It seemed very typical not what I was hoping for. It had good flavor but certainly not what Kurobuta is hyped to be
