Great Taste but Too Much Fat
I have order a few of these in the past. Very good flavor but the last one had a very thick fat cap! Over 3/4 inch of fat cap.

The pork itself was very flavorful. About perfect size for 3 hungry adults. Subtracted one star, as the smallest of the 3 roasts I ordered and cooked first was 1.7 lbs. It also had a fairly large fat cap relative to the size of the roast. Overall though a very good experience with this pork. Would order again for sure.

I seasoned all sides with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and fresh ground black pepper. A Crisp fat layer that basted the meat as it roasted. Took it out of the oven at 145 degrees and let it test a few minutes before carving. It was perfect! Moist and full of flavor. The leftovers made a great meat salad for sandwiches. Would I get it again? Absolutely.
