  • Huge hit

    We bought some filets, a gold grade brisket, a rib eye and a kurobuta pork belly recently for a family gathering. Out of all that meat, the pork belly was the favorite. We carved it up in to 1-1.5 inch pieces and followed the "How to BBQ Right" website recipe for Pork Belly Burnt Ends. We paired it with collard greens, and some cheese grits and it was awesome!

  • IS THIS STUFF LEGAL?

    This pork belly is "SINFULLY" GOOD! Cooked up half and saved the other half for later.....
    4.5 lbs was sous vide at 160 for 16 hours. Dried off then rubbed with Chipotle based taco seasoning and put on the smoker for 4 hours@ 175. These pork Belly tacos were absolutely fantastic! Very rich, very satisfying, very clean tasting...... if a sixth star existed I would award this belly a sixth star for sure. Heck, I might have to go to confession it was so good!

  • PB Burnt ends

    This was our third purchase of SRF's pork belly. We use it make burnt ends a la All Thing's BBQ's online recipe. Yum! This 10# belly makes enough to feed 8-10 people. Great product. SRF has never let me down.
