My first thought was about the whiteness of the fat. Then the amount of meat. I used it in three different dishes and it was the star of each. I would highly recommend this product to all pork lovers.

Amazing pork belly
Amazing... no trim needed, cubed belly dry rubbed them put on smoker then into my homemade BBQ sauce and honey. Meat candy. Yum
