Thus bacon is simply superb!
Easy to prepare in the oven or microwave, which means it doesn't last long. Good fat/lean and sweet/salt balance.

Unfortunately the bacon was very disappointing maybe it was a quality control issue but my experience was bacon fat with no bacon meat - the amount of grease was extreme - much worse then any store bought bacon. I knew it was a tall task to beat Kirkland quality thick cut bacon at a 1/3 of the price. Very disappointing

Baked mine at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. First time was good but a little over cooked so it got really crumbly. Second time came out perfect, buttery and crispy! I had bacon for a meal it was so good! Will definitely buy again.

Baked mine at 375 degrees for 30 minutes rather than fry. This bacon literally DISSOLVES on your tongue as you begin eating. Almost like a pork flavored "butter". PLUS I'm able to recover a very CLEAN bacon grease for other cooking needs down the road.
