Good, but not great.
I found the meat to be very tasty, but the connective tissue on these is very present throughout. In addition, the membrane was nearly impossible to deal with and had to be scored as a last resort. As stated, they are smaller than what you may be used to, which is just a fact, not an issue. Not worth the cost.

SRF Team : Thank you, James!
Exceptional taste. They were great. I steamed them in the oven on a low heat and finished them off on the grill. Fabulous.

Best ribs by far!
I purchased these ribs for our Easter dinner this year. I started my Backwoods Smoker in the morning, rubbed those ribs with Meatheads Memphis Dust and using hickory wood, smoked them for about six hours. After my wife, 2 sons, their wives and I gave our thanks to the Lord for our blessing, we enjoyed the best ribs we have ever eaten. These ribs have the perfect balance between fat and meat, which when smoked, turns into the most wonderful mouthful of juicy, tasty, porky flavor ever. All around the table loved them and agreed these were, by far, the best ribs ever! Thank you, and keep doing what you do!

These ribs were great! I smoked them at 225 degrees in a WSM. Part time meat side up and part time wrapped in foil and meat side down. The meat fell off the bones and they tasted great! They are a bit smaller than other ribs so I would recommend ordering an extra rack just in case.
