Baby Back Ribs
Our Christmas Eve tradition was always Canadian Baby Back Ribs - small and tasty. We have not been able to find a rib that came close to these until I ordered baby back ribs from Snake River Farms last year. Those who want large ribs - can have them. These delights from Snake Farm have renewed our love for ribs and are keeping alive a tradition that was about to end as a result of store bought ribs. Purchased your baby back ribs for Christmas Eve 2017, purchased them again for Christmas Eve 2018 and plan on continuing to purchase them for Christmas Eve for many years to come!! Great Ribs!!!

SRF Team : Hi Denise! Thanks for connecting with us about the Baby Back Ribs! Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your holiday tradition!
THE RIBS WERE VERY TASTY. GOOD FLAVOR, JUST ALITTLE EXPENSIVE

We did 12 of these racks of baby backs, dry rub then 2 hrs in the offset smoker (applewood and hickory), the finished them tightly wrapped in the oven, about another 3 hours. Perfect smoke to match the flavor of this exceptional pork and not overwhelm it.

Best baby backs I have ever smoked! Unfortunately I can only afford for special occasions as we shop in BJ's wholesale and ribs are good and they have 2 racks for about $20. Still these were the best I have ever smoked. Delicious.

Baby back baby back
As mentioned, the ribs were a little small because of the breed, but cooked up very nicely using oak pellets in a Memphis grill @ 225 F. This time I did not wrap in foil after a couple of hours which produced a nice firm bite. Next time I'll try wrapping to finish the grilling - probably will make the ribs more tender. Great taste.
