Snake River Farms boneless hams (like all our gourmet hams) are fully cooked. Even so, we highly recommend heating them for the best results. Just heat in a 325 degree oven and heat until the internal temperature is 140 degrees, let rest and you’re ready to carve.

5 star last minute purchase
Lucky to find one left at my local specialty store the day before Christmas! The best, most tender and moist ham I ever had. This will be the only brand I’ll eat now. I will definitely tell the store manager to continue to carry it! Can’t imagine ever eating mass produced grocery store ham again...

3-Star Ham at 5-Star Price
Got the whole boneless ham. Cooked exactly as directed. The taste was OK, but meat was dry. This is a 3-Star ham at a 5 Star price. Maybe the Bone in would be better. I can’t reccome this cut.

It was good. I felt it was not as good as the Bone in ham. A little disappointed.

Hands down, this is the BEST ham we have ever had. Added a bourbon honey glaze this year and everyone raved. Every last piece was consumed!

the best ham we have ever had!! So much so that my sister in law insisted i fess up about where I got it! I did so, but only after sharing your story about kurobutta berkshire pigs. We did it up island style!!!
