1.25 oz of Apple Brandy

1oz of Punt E Mes or other Sweet Vermouth

.75 oz of Cynar

2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Cocktail
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir for 20 seconds, and strain into a coupe. Garnish.
