Easy Oven-Baked Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Arrange two large pieces of foil on a baking sheet so that it hangs off on all sides.
Arrange the racks of ribs side by side on the foil then sprinkle them evenly on both sides with the Perfect Pork Rub and brown sugar. Gather the foil up and around the ribs to make a foil packet. Prior to sealing the packet, add 1/2 cup water then crimp the sides securely shut.
Bake the ribs for about 3 hours or until they have reached an internal temperature of 190 to 200°F.
Remove the ribs from the oven. Adjust the oven to the "broil" setting with the top rack about 5 inches from the broiler.
Carefully open the foil packet then brush the tops of the ribs with barbecue sauce. Return the ribs to the oven and broil them just until the sauce becomes tacky, about 3 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the oven, brush them one more time with the barbecue sauce and serve.
