Sea to Table – Adding Surf to SRF’s Turf
Surf and Turf is a staple on classic steakhouse menus – a succulent lobster tail paired with a juicy steak. This is a special occasion offering that pushes all the buttons for flavor, luxury and a hint of decadence. We received requests for this staple of traditional supper clubs but finding the right seafood partner was challenge.
Snake River Farms is now offering steak and lobster packages that match our American Wagyu steaks with high quality seafood. The lobsters are supplied by Sea to Table, owned and operated by the Dimin family.

SRF x Southside Market
Southside Market and Barbeque in Elgin, Texas is the oldest BBQ operation in the state. That’s one of the reasons Snake River Farms decided to work with Southside for our new line of fully cooked American Wagyu and Kurobuta pork items.
