Roast Temperature Guide
Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your roast is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the roast should be removed from the heat. The roast will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
|Rare||Red center, very cool||110°F|
|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

Boneless Prime Rib Roast
This was absolutely the best boneless prime rib roast I have ever cooked or tasted in my life.
Prime rib is truly a special treat, and is served on special occasions. I cooked an SRF prime rib roast at a dinner party celebrating Father's Day for our family.
To say our guests were blown away is a very mild understatement. Each person said it was, by far, the best they had ever experienced anywhere.
I roasted it, @225⁰F until an internal of 125⁰F, then let sit, tented for 20 minutes prior to carve and serve. Ample juicy portions were provided, the meat was so butter soft and tender.
I smoked it with pecan while it roasted, and the aroma of the cook, the beef with the smoke from my Big Green Egg, was almost as delicious as the meal.
I was beyond satisfied with the results, and now will only purchase these roasts from SRF. Absolutely the finest I have ever had.
This was an amazing and unique experience for our guests and I, one I will do again, absolutely worth it.

Best Prime Rib
Prime Rib for Christmas dinner...Wow, perfect meal...everyone loved it. Followed your instructions to the letter. It was so good I ordered another for a relative in a different state who was having one of those "BIG" birthdays...His family loved it also. Wish I could afford it more often, but great for a special day!

Christmas Prime Rib
I have cooked many rib roasts, but this was the best, and with the SRF roasting directions the easiest. It came out perfectly delicious...so good I ordered a second one as a gift for a relative's "Big Birthday"! Thank you...however, only affordable on very special occasions!

An amazing dinner for Christmas
Cooked it on a pellet smoker for Christmas and everyone loved it! I cut slices in it and inserted a mixture of butter, garlic, and seasonings. I'm sure it would also be awesome if cooked in an oven.
