Porchetta is a traditional Italian roast of herb scented pork that is juicy in the center with a crackling fat cap on the outside. We make ours from a 100% Kurobuta boneless pork belly with the loin attached for a rich exterior and finely marbled interior. A layer of seasoning and spices is sprinkled on by hand before the beautiful roast is rolled and tied with twine.

    This is simply the best porchetta I've had! We roasted on our Traeger and it turned out perfect! The Porchetta sandwiches the next day were amazing, as well!

  • Rotisserie to Perfection

    I cooked two porchetta's stuffed with italian herbs with a rotisserie over coals for Easter. Simply put, it was one of the most decadent pieces of meat we have ever eaten... we will be ordering more next Easter!!!

    I have slowly been working my way through SRF's stock, and this is an instant favorite. Roasted low and slow and it was a stunner - succulent, flavorful, perfectly seasoned. Just a beautiful roast.
