The roast was perfect for “Pork and Pinot Noir”. We paired it with asparagus and a tomato, onion, zucchini and squash sauté. Picture available upon request.

PREPARED ON THE GRILL
Excellent pork loin perfect size for my family. Cooked to approx. 145 degrees seared on both sides excellent taste.

I also cut my roast into chops as some other reviewers did.
Meat is delicious and tender, just rubbed with EVOO, himilayan salt, organic 4 pepper grind, and some mexican oregano with a couple sprinkles of cayenne pepper.
BUT, the Fat cap is waaaay to much. I should have taken a picture, because it DOES NOT look like the picture on the site! Definitely needed to be trimmed better. Other than that would have given 5 stars

Kurobuta pork lion roast
Can't find the words to express how great the roast was. We had it for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Thankful I served the roast and not Turkey! You made me a customer for life.
