Cut from a 10 to 12 bone pork rack, this beautiful roast is trimmed (or “frenched”) to leave the bones exposed for an impressive presentation. The crown roast can be filled with a favorite stuffing for a special touch. This is a Kurobuta or 100% Berkshire pork product and has the signature deep red color, with fine marbling and delicious juicy flavor. The Crown Roast is an annual tradition in some households, but we’ve found it’s a new holiday feast option for many of our customers. A wonderful replacement or addition to your traditional holiday dining table.

Great Celebrstiin Feast
Our fantastic Mom turned 90 and we wanted a celebratory meal that she would love. We remembered having holiday meals of crown roast in the 60’s as kids and wanted it to be special. We were not disappointed!! Packed beautifully, shipped on time, highest quality and the star of the show!!

A fantastic dinner for guests
Cooked this for rather picky guests and they begged to take the unconsumed portion home with them. A truly phenomenal meal, especially considering it was the first pork crown roast we've ever made.

Absolutely mouthwatering delicious!
Order and served this twice, at postThanksgiving and preChristmas parties, and both times our guests raved about its juiciness and flavor. No special seasonings used, just salt and pepper. Simple preparation for dynamite results.
*Roast in 250degree oven, until reaches 140degree internal temperature. Remove from oven.
*Just before dinner, broil at 500degrees until slightly crisp and brown. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
*use juices for gravy, stuff crown with cooked vegetables for presentation

Amazing Crown of Roast Pork
It came in packaged perfectly and wonderful. The taste of the crown pork is so moist and flavorful, and it was the definitely the star of our Thanksgiving dinner as we're not turkey fans, that's why. I highly recommend and will buy it again.
