I served the corned beef black grade for a St. Paddy's Day dinner and all said it was the best ever. I used the leftovers for sandwiches and corned beef hash that was also delicious. Now it is the only corned beef I will buy.

Out of this World!
I ordered this for St. Patrick’s Day ???? & followed Bennie Kendrick’s recipe for smoking it on my Traeger ❤️. It was soooo good! Lean, juicy & flavorful. Highly recommended.

Primo Corned Beef: I recommend
I cooked in an Instant Pot for 120 min (Instant Pot recipes say 90 min) and it was disappointingly firm when I pulled it out. However, after I made 1/3" slices, it was very tender and quite enjoyable. If I had a complaint, I sort of wish there was more fat on it (super tasty). While quite pricy, it was so good that I am likely to purchase again next year.

OMG. We made this 2 days ago and already have had it for dinner, corned beef hash the next morning, and today used our slicer to make thin slices which then went on our homemade sourdough rye bread. Each time the meat was tender, tasty and perfect bite through on the sandwich. No pulling, which my old dull teeth appreciate. We have enough remaining for several more meals of whatever we want. FYI, I did add additional pickling spices as the amount in the enclosed packet did not seem like enough for our taste. Also added a can of Dos XX amber and 1/4 cup of champagne vinegar to the simmer liquid. We will get this again!
