No better steak for the money
There are more expensive steaks out there, but nothing compares to this. Do yourself a favor and get more then one of these at a time! You will go through it faster then you think you would! Cut it into steaks and grill for the best dinner you will ever have.

Turned out better than I imagined. Cooked as a roast. Tender, juiciness could not be contained. Over ran the groove in my cutting board!

A new standard
Always thought filet and/or ribeye are "best cuts" until we tried this Picanha. We cooked using many different methods: on grill, smoked low & slow, sous vide, and most recently sliced and seared using hot iron skillet. Versatile and works for many people palates and taste.
