This is a monumental prime rib reserved for those who appreciate the finest American Wagyu beef available.

Roast Temperature Guide
Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your roast is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the roast should be removed from the heat. The roast will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

|Medium Rare||Red, warm center||120°F|
|Medium Well||Pink center||140°F|
|Well||No pink||Not recommended|
*Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends an internal temp of 145°F and resting for at least 3 minutes.

Worth it for special occasions
The cap of this roast was by far the best meat/beef/roast/food I’ve tasted. The entire roast was great and the best prime rib I’ve had, but the cap blew me and my guests away. No chewing required, just amazing flavor.

Made the Best Steaks Ever!
i cut these up into nearly 4lb steaks. smoked them with mesquite then seared on hot coals.
Amazing! for an American style steak (larger) i prefer this over Japanese wagyu because the pure Japanese version has so much fat it becomes overbearing after a point.

I did a 3 bone, 10# last weekend on my Traeger for family and it was fantastic. Shared leftovers with co-workers Monday and they were amazed at how tender and flavorful it was. Will definitely be trying my of your products.

Wonderful as steaks
I host visitors and customers often and this roast is always a hit. I have never cooked this as a roast ~ always cut it into (very) thick steaks on the bone and grilled it. Presentation is amazing. Always remember to show your guests the steaks before they hit the grill ~ love the eye pops and gasps of amazement!
