Best flank steak I ever had. I used it for some mind blowing fajitas. It ate so nice that we are getting more to use as straight steak dinner. So tender and it takes flavors well.

What a yummy steak. It was beefy and well marbled. We put salt, pepper, garlic powder and grilled it to a medium well. This was one of the best steaks I had in a long time.

Not quite as advertised
The flank steak is good. It’s slightly better than your average grocery store flank. I was expecting a flank that at was at least BMS 9 but this looks much more like a high Choice or Prime. I wouldn’t buy this one again at $30 per lb.

Best flank steak I've tasted
This is the first SRF beef I tried, and I've reordered twice already. Excellent marbling and tenderness, very flavorful. I marinated for 24 hours, smoked for 1 hour at low temp, and then seared at 500 for a couple minutes a side. Pulled at IT of 130 degrees, which was a perfect med rare. Served with my homemade chimichurri sauce. This was an A+ meal, and is on my shortlist now for guests.
