Our Product Guarantee
- Quality: We guarantee that you will receive the highest quality meat products.
- Condition: We guarantee your order will arrive in suitable condition, arriving either frozen or partially frozen.
- Accuracy: We guarantee that you will receive the item that you order, and it will be the size indicated on our site or larger.
If you feel that the product you received does not meet our standards, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you in making it right. Bottom line, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
Standard Customer Care hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
Holiday Hours will begin Saturday, November 16th. November 18-22, we will be reachable from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. After this, we will be available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST through December 20, 2019. Our offices will be closed Nov 28, Dec 25, Jan 1 and Jan 3 to celebrate the holidays with our families.
